1. Order Processing Time (48-Hour Handling)

All orders for high-precision testing equipment (including Omicron and Fluke Networks products) are processed, inspected, and prepared for shipment within 48 hours (2 business days) from the time of purchase.

  • Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • This 48-hour handling time ensures that all sensitive diagnostic devices undergo strict quality control and are packed securely using industrial-grade materials to guarantee safe transit.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer both Standard Shipping and Free Shipping options depending on your order value. Delivery timelines listed below begin after the initial 48-hour processing period.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active and traceable within 24 hours of shipment.

4. International Shipping & Customs

We ship our specialized equipment worldwide. However, please be advised of the following:

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Our store is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or local taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer/buying company.

  • Documentation: All shipments are accompanied by standard commercial invoices and necessary export documentation for a smooth customs clearance process.

5. Damages & Shipping Insurance

Given the high value of industrial testing equipment, all our shipments are fully insured.

  • If you receive your order damaged, or if the packaging is significantly compromised, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our customer support immediately within 24 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier.
